Dining on the East End is our annual dining coupon booklet program
that offers one free entrée when one of greater or equal
value is purchased at each East End Participating Restaurant.

Camp Good Grief, for all children who
have experienced the death of someone
they love and for all who seek to help.
Memorial Gifts
A memorial gift to East End Hospice may
be given in memory of a loved one. Often,
families specify a memorial gift to East
End Hospice in lieu of flowers in obituaries.
Honoring Gifts
An honoring gift is a thoughtful way to
observe someone’s birthday or anniversary
or other special occasion.
Planned Giving
Planned gifts - such as bequests, trusts and many other types of
gifts that may benefit the donor - are vitally important sources
of support for East End Hospice. To discuss these and other

Matching Gifts
Many employers will match gifts to East End Hospice made by employees
or their spouses. To take advantage of this easy way to double or
even triple your gift, just follow these steps -
1) Check with your employer to see if it is a matching gift company.
2) Get a matching gift form from your human services or payroll
office.
3) Mail your completed form with your gift to East End Hospice.

In-Kind Donations
As a nonprofit organization, we allocate the majority of our resources
to patient care. Thus we often rely on local businesses and organizations
to help offset our operational costs, as well as to assist in creating
special events for our patients and their families.
Donations of merchandise or services for special events, raffles
or auction prizes are welcome! Please call the development office
at 631-288-7080 for details.
Individuals can also support Hospice by donating merchandise,
shopping or volunteering at the EEH Thrift Shop. Call the shop
at 631-288-3268 for information about hours of operation, donations,
pick-ups, tax credit slips or volunteer opportunities. Visit

Gifts of Time & Talent
In addition to supporting East End Hospice financially, many people
enjoy investing their time and expertise as hospice volunteers.
East End Hospice offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities

Special Event Sponsorships
Businesses and the community are encouraged to support East End
Hospice in our annual events and to join us in the fun. The
annual North Fork Spring Pig Roast, the annual Summer Gala,
