For a $250 donation, you can dedicate a personalized stone engraved with the name ofthe person you are remembering, and create a permanent legacy in our Memorial Rock
Garden. It’s a beautiful tribute to a person that held a special place in your life. Your donation helps provide for upgrades, improvements, ongoing maintenance and support for programs that enhance the care provided at our state- of-the art hospice facility, the only facility of its kind on the East End
