East End Hospice, founded in 1991, is a NYS Certified Hospice serving the East End of Long Island, The Hamptons, and the Eastern Suffolk County Townships of Brookhaven, Riverhead, Southold, Shelter Island, Southampton, and East Hampton. By affirming life, Hospice helps people conclude life with comfort and dignity, offering pain alleviation and symptom control in a caring environment.
