Hope for the Holidays: Finding Comfort and Connection Through Grief
The holiday season often brings joy, traditions, and time with loved ones. But for those grieving the loss of someone special, this time of year can also bring feelings of sadness, loneliness, and heartache.
East End Hospice’s Zinberg Family Bereavement Center invites adults and children to Hope for the Holidays, a free program that offers comfort, understanding, and practical ways to navigate holiday-season grief.
Through supportive discussions and age-appropriate activities, participants will explore meaningful ways to honor loved ones, manage difficult emotions, and find moments of peace and hope while creating new holiday traditions.
