Lora Giampetruzzi joins East End Hospice Board
East End Hospice (EEH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lora Giampetruzzi to its Board of Directors, effective August 2, 2025. The appointment was made by Peter C. Halstead, Chairman of the Board.

Ms. Giampetruzzi is a Partner at Snowhawk, where she serves as Chief Administration Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining Snowhawk, she spent two decades at Warburg Pincus, serving as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel.
“I am honored to join the East End Hospice Board and contribute to an organization that provides such essential, high-quality, end-of-life care to our community,” said Ms. Giampetruzzi. “The end-of-life chapter for loved ones is a difficult one and I am committed to help support the EEH mission and promote awareness of hospice care. I look forward to helping EEH continue its outstanding work.”
Ms. Giampetruzzi is also an active board member of Northeastern University’s College of Social Sciences and Humanities Dean’s Strategy Council. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Northeastern University and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. She is a member of the New York Bar and the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
Ms. Giampetruzzi, her husband Gary, and their four children are residents of Manhasset and Quogue, NY. She can often be found cheering from the sidelines as a proud hockey and lacrosse mom.
