Since our certification in 1991, East End Hospice has been Eastern Long Island’s only independent, not-for-profit hospice provider. More than 800 terminally ill patients, their caregivers, families and friends, and hundreds of people seeking grief and bereavement support receive our care each year. Generous support from donors like you allows us to provide the region’s highest quality care at no cost to our patients or their families.
