East End Hospice’s Memorial Rock Garden offers a lasting way to remember loved ones while supporting the Hospice’s mission to provide expert hospice care to all who need it. Nestled amongst native plantings and fountains, the Memorial Rock Garden prominently features river stones engraved for those being remembered.
You Can Help Our Memorial Rock Garden Grow
For a $250 donation, you can dedicate a personalized stone engraved with the name of the person you are remembering, and create a permanent legacy in our Memorial Rock
Garden. It’s a beautiful tribute to a person who held a special place in your life. Your donation helps provide for upgrades, improvements, ongoing maintenance, and support for programs that enhance the care provided at our state- of-the art hospice facility, the only facility of its kind on the East End
