East End Hospice is here to connect, educate, and support our community.
East End Hospice participates in health and wellness fairs, educational events, professional gatherings, and community programs throughout Eastern Suffolk County. We connect with healthcare providers, schools, senior organizations, civic groups, religious institutions, nursing homes, and other community partners to share information about hospice and end-of-life care.
Recently, we attended Direct Support Professional Fairs hosted by Independent Group Home Living (IGHL) and East End Disability Associates (EEDA), where we connected with dedicated care professionals, shared information, and highlighted the resources available to individuals and families in our community.
Our presentations can be tailored to your group’s interests and needs, with topics including:

- Supporting Patients & Families: How hospice can improve quality of life and provide support to caregivers and loved ones
